Swimming pool, 4.5 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 800 fs (400 swim/400 paddles);
8 × 25 @40″ (kick);
4 × 200 @3’30” (25 fly/25 fs);
8 × 100 @1’30” (in 1’15″~1’18”) + 100 easy;
8 × 100 @1’35” (in 1’12″~1’13”) + 100 easy;
6 × 100 @1’40” (in 1’07″~1’08”) + 100 easy

Notes: I couldn’t finish the workout today because I had a 8am class and I went to work earl. This session with the informal squad was not too hard and I am happy that it focused again on swimming at a faster pace that my usual long distance pace, since I think I will focus more on training for longer distances on the weekend.
