(warm up) 1000 fs;
18 × 50 fs (6 @50″/4 @45″/2 @40″/4 @45″/2 @50″);
10 × 50 fs @1′ (20m sprint/30m easy);
12 × 25 @45″ (kick fast);
4 × 100 im @2′;
14 × 50 fs @45″/1′(fast/slow);
100 easy

Notes: sprint workout today. As this almost an off season here as open water events are concerned, with the informal squad we are doing a more of sprint/fast workout. I hope this help me for some 100 and 200 pool event during the winter.
