Swimming pool, 5km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
2 × 500 fs +
2 × 400 fs +
2 × 300 fs +
2 × 200 fs +
2 × 100 fs (1st @1’25” cycle with band; 2nd @1’20” cycle);
3 ×200 fs @2’45”;
200 kick (fins) + 200 fs (pull)

Notes: quick but good Saturday swim. Intense enough but not too heavy. I felt good, especially at the beginning on the 500s and 400s, I hope to be in good shape for tomorrow race, last open water race of this season for me.
