Swimming pool, 5 km (1h 20′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
2 × 500 fs @7’/8′ (1st paddles, 2nd swim) +
6 × 300 fs @4’15″/4’30″/4’45” (band) +
6 × 200 fs @2’50″/3’/3’10” 

Notes: today too there were just a few people of the informal squad, but we went straight into each set and I managed to do all 5k before going to work. I used the band for the set of 300s to make it more “interesting”. If it is on a 1’25” cycle I can swim with the band easily. I did the last set of 200s in average 2’28″~2’31”.
