Swimming pool, 3.7 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 2 × 300 fs @ 5’30”;
10 × 50 fs @1′ (25 fast/25 slow);
5 × 300 fs @5’15” (100 fast/100 easy/100 fast);
4 × 100 kick @2’15” (fins);
4 × 150 fs @2’45” (100fast/50 easy)
100 easy

Notes: today’s workout with the informal squad was sprint. The only problem has been that it seemed like I didn’t had speed at all. I felt so slow. All 100s fast were in 1’05″~1’09”.
