Swimming pool, 5km (1h 20′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
700 + 600 + 500 + 400 + 300 + 200 + 100 fs @1’25 cycle (all with band, just 500 and 200 on 1’30”);
5 × 200 fs (1st and 2nd @2’50”, 3rd and 4th @3′; in 2’20″~2’25”);
200 easy;

Notes: I swam this session with a few people of my informal squad. The first part is an idea of mine. As I did last Sunday, I will try to hold an 1’25” cycle with band for a while. Using the band for the main work is fantastic, as soon as I took it off I did 2’20″with ease on the first of 200s.
