Swimming pool, 5 k  (1h 35′)

(warm up) 3 × 400 (200 swim/50 kick/150 pull);
4 × 200 fs (1 arm);
4 × 400 @6′ (100 draft/100 leading; 4th with paddles);
400 kick (fins);
4 × (200 @2’40” + 50 @ 1′) (1st and 2nd with fins)

Notes: light Saturday workout with the informal group, reduced to just a few members today. It was a swim and Rottnest talks workout. It was easy to swim the 200s on 2’40” with fins, it helped using legs better. I will introduce more fast swim fins work to sincronize and use better the legs.
