Swimming pool, 4.3 km (1h 45′)

(warm up) 6 × 150 @2’45”;
6 × 150 @2’30” (build up 1st to 3rd lap);
6 × 150 @2’15” (fast);
6 × 150 @2’45” (2nd lap fly);
4 × 150 @2’30” (100 fast/50 easy) + 100 easy

Notes: today I swam early with my informal group, and for this week all sessions are light. I also had to finish early to go to work, but a quick swim is better than nothing.
