Swimming pool (1h10′), 4.8km

(warm up) 1000 fs;
6 × 250 fs @3’15″/3’30″/3’45” +
10 × 150 fs @2’05″/2’10″/2’15″/2’20″/2’25”;
400 fs @6′ + 300 fs @4’30” + 100 easy

Notes: this morning I trained with my informal group. Rest times were higher and I felt much better than yesterday. I hold a peace similar to yesterday but without forcing too much.
