Swimming pool, (1h 15′) 5 km

(warm up) 1000 fs;
3 × 400 fs @5’20” +
3 × 300 fs @4′ +
3 × 200 fs @2’40” +
3 × 100 fs @1’20” + 100 easy;
600 kick (fins);
300 fs (pull)

Notes: I did this workout alone. It doesn’t look difficult, but today it was not a good day. I felt extremely sore, and I really couldn’t swim fast (400s in 5’07”; 300s in 3’53”; 200s in 2’35” and 100s in 1’16”). The reason is that I started a barbell and kettlebell circuit training program and this morning session of squat and swing had some effects.
