Swimming pool workout, 5.5 km (1h 25′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
6 × 500 fs @7’30”
500 fs (pull + band);
500 kick (fins);
500 fs (fins)
Notes: I hold a pace of 1’18″/100m for the set of 500s. I aimed at doing less, but even when I tried to go faster I just did the same time, and I didn’t feel like I could hold a faster pace for more than 100m.
