Swimming pool workout, 4.5 km (1h 30′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
12 ×25 @30″ (fast/slow);
6 × 200 fs @ 3’30” (slow/fast);
8 × 50 @ 1’15” (kick);
16 × 37.5 @45″ (fast);
8 × 25 fs @30″ (fast) + 200 easy

Notes: start of tapering with the informal group. Well, I don’t have any important race to taper for, but Saturday is Rottnest day and almost everybody is training for that. I did he 200s fast in 2’24″/2’25″/2’18”.
