Training February 18th, 2017

Swimming pool workout, 6.1 km (1h 45′)

(warm up) 5 × 400 fs (swim/band/ band + pull/ band + pull + paddles/ paddles);
12 × 50 fs (fins, 50 kick underwater/50 swim catch up);
2 × (5 × 200) fs (1st to 4th @3’45″/5th @3′);
8 × 37.5 @40″ (3 fly/1fs) + 100 easy;
10 × 100 fs @1’20” + 100 easy

Notes: I swam the 200s in 2’28’~2’31” with ease, and also the last set of 100s was easy. The original program with the informal group was 5k, but my buddy suggested to add 1k, and I was happy to do that, just to get used to my race pace.
