Swimming pool workout, 4.6 km (1h 30′)

(warm up) 600 fs;
16 × 25 @30″ (im/fs) + 200 fs (drills);
1000 fs time trial (in 12’12”) + 200 easy;
15 × 100 fs @1’40” (build up 1st to 5th, paddles);
16 × 25 fly @40″ + 300 easy

Notes: Another swim with my informal group’s friends and their workout. I hoped to swim the 1000 fs trial under 12′, so I was a bit disappointed. However, I was still 12″ faster than the last time. I think that it may have been impossible at this point to drop more than 2″/100m. So, a bit disappointed but still another step head.
