Swimmig pool workout, 6 km

(warm up) 1000 fs;
4 × 400 @6’/5’40″/5’20″/7′ (3rd fast in 4’54”) +
4 × 300 @4’30″/4’15″/4’/5’15” (3rd fast in 3’45”) +
4 × 200 @3’/2’50″/2’40″/3’30” (3rd fast in 2’21”) +
4 × 100 @1’30″/1’25″/1’20″/1’45” (3rd fast in 1’04”) +
10 × 100 fs @1’25″/1’35”

Notes: I hadn’t issues today for stiffness, soreness or other during this workout with my friends of the informal group. Simply fine. I tried to push as I could the fast one of each set, but I hoped to do a few seconds less. Anyway, overall I feel that I did a step head this week too.
