Training February 15th, 2017

Swimming pool workout, 5 k (1h30′)

(warm up) 1000 fs drills;
8 × 25 fs @30″ (build up 1st to 4th);
400 fs time trial (in 4’42”) + 200 easy;
2 × (100/150/200/250/300) fs @45″ cycle (2nd set paddles);
6 × (50 fly @1’/ 2 × 25 fly @40″);
500 fs (fins) + 100 easy

Notes: I felt quite stiff at the beginning of the warm up, but then I became lighter. My time on the 400 timed is the best up to date, so I think that it’s another step forward. Recently I am struggling a bit with paddles, paddles work doesn’t come as easy at it should.
