4 × 300 fs @4’15″/4’5″ +
5 × 200 fs @2’40″/3’20″/2’50″/3’20″/3′ +
6 × 100 fs @1’25″/1’35”

Notes: I slept really bad last night for the high humidity, and maybe I recovered less from yesterday 9k session. The result is that this morning I felt really crap. Luckily this session with the informal group had generous intervals and I managed to fo through it. A positive notice is that around the last 300s I began feeling better and loosen up.
