Training January 21st, 2017

Swimming pool workout, 5.5 k  (1h 35′)

(warm up) 20 × 50 fs (6 @50″/6 @45″/6 @40″/2 @50″);
3 × 300 @4’45” (1st & 5th lap fly);
700 fs (medium~fast, paddles);
600 fs (keep breath for 3, then 4, 5…strokes after each turn);
500 fs (fast, handicap chase);
400 fs (paddles);
6 × 50 kick @1’10” (fins);
2 × 100 (50 sprint/50 easy; 1st fs, 2nd fly)
100 easy

Notes: this workout is from our Saturday team leader. It was really funny, especially the 500s handicap. I felt ok today, hopefully I can do well in tomorrow 5k race. I just have this issue with my left shoulder, which sometimes hurts a bit, but not while swimming.
