Swimming pool workout, 6.5 km (1h 40′)

(warm up) 800 fs;
2 × 400 fs @5’20” (in 5’01″~5’04”) + 100 easy;
4 × 200 fs @2’40”  (in 2’28″~2’30”, pull) + 100 easy;
8 × 100 fs @1’20” (pull + paddles) + 100 easy;
16 × 50 @50″ (50 fly/50 fs) + 100 easy;
8 × 50 kick @1’15″(slow)/1′(fast);
400 fs (fins);
3 × 400 fs @5’30” (swim/pull/paddles) + 100 easy

Notes: today I joined another group. Their program was just fine, not too difficult, but they are quite fast swimmer. Maybe because of this new group I really enjoyed this session. Many 100s easy and plenty of recovery opportunities helped me, but I still feel stiff.
