Swimmimg pool workout, 5.2 km (1h 20′)

(warm up) 5 × 100 fs @1’40”;
5 × 100 fs @1’45” (25 kick/75 swim);
5 × (5 × 100) fs @1’40″/1’35″/1’30″/1’25″/1’20”;
5 × 100 @1’40” (25 fly/75 fs);
5 × 100 fs @1’25” (paddles);
7 × 100 fs @1’40” (1st fast to 7th cool down)

Notes: luckily this workout with the informal group was easy and not too much demanding, because I didn’t feel well in the water at all, too stiff, too heavy, and I couldn’t push much. I hope to feel better tomorrow after a good night rest.
