Training January 13th, 2017

Swimming pool workout, 6 km (1h 20′)

 

(warm up) 600 fs;
10 x 50 fs @45″ (paddles);
10 x 50 fs @50″ (medium pace);
5 x 500 fs @9′ (1st fast, 2nd to 5th broken in 200/150/100/50 with interval 5″/10″/15″/20″);
200 easy;
12 x 25 @45″ kick (fins) + 200 easy;
1000 fs (fins) + 200 easy
 

Notes: I tried to do the first 500 as fast as possible, but I was sore from yesterday. However I held the same pace for all the set. This was a workout from the informal group, but I added 1k with fins at the end.
