Swimming pool workout, 8 km (1h58′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
5 × 400 fs @5’20” (in 5’01’~5’02”) +
5 × 300 fs @4′ (in 3’48”) +
5 × 200 fs @2’40” (in 2’32”) +
5 × 100 fs @1’20” (in 1’16”) + 100 easy;
3 × 100 (50 sprint/50 easy, 1st fs 2nd fly);
600 fs (band + pull + paddles);
500 fs (band + pull);
400 kick (fins) + 200 easy

Notes: this workout is from one of my swimming buddies. We did this together today, and I must say that it was challenging because it felt long and required some mental endurance. But I also must confess that I need this kind of workout.
