Training January 9th, 2017

Swimming pool workout, 6.5 km (1h 55′)

(warm up) 4 × 500 fs (swim/drills/swim/drills/swim);
2 × (3 × 100) fs @1’40” (medium/medium~fast/20m sprint then easy);
1000 fs timed (in 12’28”) + 100 easy;
4 × 200 kick @4′ (100 kick fs/100 kick back);
12 × 25 @40″ (sprint/slow) + 200 easy;
10 × 100 fs @1’20” (paddles);
500 fs (band + pull)

Notes: today I didn’t feel neither too bad nor too good. I tried to push the 1000s as much as I could, and considering that it was 6am the time is fair. I did this workout too with the guys of the informal group, but I did 1500m more at the end because I want to increase volume this week.
