Swimming pool workout, 6km (1h 35′)

(warm up) 15 × 100 fs @1’25″/1’30″/1’35”;

3 × 500 fs @7’/7’30″/8′ +

1000 fs (paddles and pull) +

4 × 250 fs @3’30″/4 +

20 × 50 fs @45″

Notes: another session with the informal group. This morning I was still a bit sore due to yesterday swim, not as much as last week but it took a while to warm up. Today’s workout was not very challenging, but the water felt so hot today, not just for me, but for everybody else too. Moreover yesterday it was 41C degrees and I could barely sleep.
