Swimming pool workout, 6.5 km (1h 40′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
800 fs @11′ (in 9’58”) + 2 × 400 fs @5’20” (in 4’57″/5′) +
600 fs @8′ + 3 × 200 fs @2’40” +
400 fs @5’20” + 4 × 100 fs @1’20” +
200 fs @2’40” + 4 × 50 fs @40″ +
100 fs @1’20” + 4 × 25 fs @30″ + 100 easy
500 fs (paddles and pull);
300 kick + 200 easy

Notes: first workout of the year! I didn’t really trained for four days, except swimming the 2.5 km at the OWS Albany round two days ago. The rest days seems to have been helpful: today was not easy, but I swam the 800 faster than last week and overall it was ok. The workout was programmed by one of my swimming buddy, and we did it in three.
