Training December 26th, 2016

My usual swimming pool was closed due to Boxing day, so for today I moved to Beatty Park

Swimming pool workout, 6 km (1h 35′)

2000 fs
1500 fs (paddles)
1500 fs
1000 (100kick/100 pull buoy)

Notes: just an easy swim to put some kilometers under the belt for this week. I didn’t want to do a challenging workout because of the meet (Mullaloo round of OWS) tomorrow and because of too much stiffness in my left shoulder (maybe too much overhead press yesterday and this morning?)
