Swimming pool workout, 4.1 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 1000 fs;
10 × 100 fs @1’40” (50 sprint/50 easy);
20 × 50 @55″ (25 fly sprint/25 fs slow);
1000 (100 kick/100 pull)

Notes: quick and easy workout alone today. I wanted to do some fast/sprint work, which I had not been doing for a while. I also didn’t want to push too much on the weekly volume a tomorrow is 100 × 100s day. So that’s it: low volume, good rest times, and some sprint.
