Swimming pool workout, 6 km (1h 30′)

4 × 500 fs @7’30″/7’15″/7’/8’15” (slow/medium/fast/easy) +
4 × 300 fs @4’30″/4’15″/4’/5’15” (slow/medium/fast/easy) +
4 × 200 fs @3’/2’50″/2’40″/3’30” (slow/medium/fast/easy) +
4 × 100 fs @1’30/1’25″/1’20″/1’45” (slow/medium/fast/easy) +
12 × 50 fs @45″ +
1000 swim (1st 25 m of each 100 alternate fly/back)

Notes: today was better than yesterday. I could glide more and I was less stiff. It was not a highly challenging workout overall, but it was done without any pause among sets. Thanks to the guys of the informal group of swimmers for this session.
