Swimming pool workout, 6.1 km (1h 34′)

100 fs + 200 fs + 300 fs + 400 fs + 500 fs @1’30″/3’/4’30″/6’/7’30”;
6 × 250 fs alternate fast/slow @3’30″/4′;
2 × 500 fs @7’30” paddles;
5 × 200 fs alternate fast/slow @2’40″/3’20″/2’50″/3’10″/3′;
1000 fs paddles + 100 easy

Notes: early morning workout. I decided to do up to 6 km, so I did 1 km more with paddles at the end of the workout with the informal group. I did the fast 200 m in 2’25”. I didn’t feel this workout too much hard.
