Training November 21st, 2016

Swimming pool workout, 4.9 km (1h 15′)

(warm up) 1200 fs; 2500 fs paddles (medium/slow pace); 1200 fs pull buoy

Notes: just an easy workout to loosen up muscles after yesterday 5 km race. Yesterday a felt a bit of fatigue in the lats, but today was ok even when I did the paddle work. What was not ok were my quads after yesterday cramps, but by tomorrow it will be fine I think.
