Swimming pool workout, 5.4km (1h20′)

(warm up) 1100 fs; 
5 × 400 fs @6′ (in 5’15″~18″) + 5 × 200 fs @3′ (in 2’33~36″) + 200 easy;
2 × (5×100 fs) @1’20″/1’25″/1’30″/1″35″/1’40”; 100 easy
Notes: early morning workout together with the informal group. I swam head of my line without draft, but I felt quite well, gliding without too much effort. I didn’t feel shoulders too heavy or breathing too difficult. The workout was carried on without any short rest.
