Training November 3rd, 2016

Swimming pool workout, 5km (1h 15′)

5 × (100 + 150 + 200 + 250 + 300 @10″) 

Notes: last 50m of each distance was broken and slow. Workout done in early morning. First workout with a group of people who are training for open water meets. I tried to glide as much as I could, the pace was not extremely fast, but the short rest time contributed to make it a funny workout. It was nice to do a whole workout with a medium steady pace and with short rest for 5km.
