Swimming pool workout, 3.5km (50′)
(warm up) 500 fs; 2 × 1000 fs (similar to race pace); 1000 fs (medium slow pace, rising the head 2~3 times each lap)
Notes: I kept the workout short and easy because of the first meet tomorrow (2.5km at Cottesloe). At the beginning I didn’ felt quite smooth, but then I loosen up. I tried to glide as much as possible during the last 1000 fs.
