Notes: I am getting accustomed to water temperature, but I still shiver when I come out. Today I tried swimming some parts at a faster pace, but I felt like I was not moving on at all. Todays’ weather condition were extremely good: air 24C degree, water 18C degree, wind NNW 7 knots, tide 0.52m, swell WSW height 1.15m and period 14″.

This morning I went to City beach for my swim. A bit of crowd for an event.
