Open water workout, 35’~40′
Notes: I keep feeling better swimming in the ocean. Weather and sea condition were also better than the previous days. I managed to do the distance I planned, which is the same as next week meet. I still felt cold toward the end and I still shivered for 10’~15′ after I come out of the water. Weather conditions stats for today were sunny, air temperature 22C, water temperature 18C, wind NE 12.9 knots, tide 0.51m, swell WSW 0.79m, swell period 11.4″.
