Swimming pool workout, 5.3km (1h 20′)

(warm up) 1000 fs; (negative split workout) 2×400 fs @6′ + 4×200 fs @3’+ 8×100 fs  @1’30”, 100 easy; 1700 fs paddles and pull buoy, 100 easy.

Notes: During the warm up and first part of negative split work out I didn’t feel quite smooth, then it was better.
