Swimming pool workout, 4.8km (1h 13′)

1000 fs, 20 x 100 fs @1’30” (in 1’15”) + 100 easy, 1600 fs paddle and pull buoy + 100 easy

Notes: I felt the shoulders quite heavy at the beginning, and I wasn’t smooth during today session. Maybe this was due to my weight training this morning.
